So I have this opinion on all sorts of lists that keep showing up around the internet. They are all pointless, who is best? That is something people usually make up for themselves, you can’t exactly be told who is best by some random person. That still is a personal opinion from that single person. Here I’m talking about all the blogs and sites that make random lists, usually not consulting any kind of vote though those are quite pointless as well. So what to do, those lists will keep showing up around the internet.
Simple enough solution, here is the annual list of rising starlets so now the 2009 edition. So young actresses and musicians in Hollywood who I feel have done the most improvement in their career rated by projects, popularity etc. Yes, it is full of my opinion so no one can tell me I’m wrong. So today the soundtrack for Hannah Montana: The Movie was released. To start with one thing; most of it is nothing like any previous Hannah Montana soundtrack. Part of it is though and it’s not surprising that it’s the Hannah Montana part but that’s only seven of the eighteen songs. It’s actually quite long for today’s standards with a playtime of pretty much exactly an hour. 
I first have to point out that I’ve never really listened to Taylor’s music. So this review isn’t going to contain any comparison to her debut album.
